CHAPTER FOUR

I woke up Monday morning alone and with a dick. I sat up with a sigh of relief. It was all finally over. I was me again.

I laid back and stared up at the ceiling. Last night had been intense. I had fucked my best friend. More accurately, Josh had fucked me three times. The last time, he came in my ass. Looking back, I couldn’t help but feel humiliated, but last night I had begged for it.

Minnie had been insatiable in bed, always ready for more. Just the mere sight or smell of Josh was enough to get her going. And the orgasms. They had been unlike anything I had ever felt before.

I glanced over at the clock on my nightstand. It took several moments for the time to compute in my head. Like Sunday morning, I was feeling slow to start my day, like my engine had dropped a cylinder or two.

“Shit,” I exclaimed as I jumped out of bed. I was already late for work.

I called my boss as I started rooting through my closet, looking for something to wear, apologizing for being late and telling him I would be there as soon as possible. Then it was into the shower. I wanted to spend an hour washing away the events of last night, but I didn’t have the time or the hot water to do it.

When I finally dragged myself into the office, I was still a mess. The events of last night still weighed heavily on my mind. But not just that, despite the sun shining brightly outside, everything felt like it had a gray tint. It felt like a dark and rainy day, one that should be spent inside curled up on the couch, maybe with a little cuddling with a strong man.

“Damn it,” I cursed quietly, not wanting to disturb my cubicle neighbors. Without even thinking about it, I had slipped into a fantasy, the kind of fantasy Minnie would have.

I couldn’t deny that her life had its appeals. Living with that kind of sensuality, that sexuality, was attractive. Who needed to be smart when you looked that good and could have such mind blowing sex all the time. But was that the life I wanted to live? That was the question.

I still had half the package of Bimbacic left. I wasn’t sure exactly how many pills I still had, because my memory, along with my general processing power, was not working right. But I knew it would be easy to go back to being Minnie again.

Not that I could get away with being Minnie while at work. She seemed to get dumber as time wore on over the weekend. I could remember being able to talk about the V.R. headset Friday night as a designer. By Sunday, I hadn’t been able to even give its name. It was clear that the more time I spent as Minnie, the more she depended on her body to get by.

I did my best to put the events of last night out of my mind as I tried to get to work.
